Terms of use

Riri Note helps you record, transcribe, organize and transform notes. Use it only with content you own or are authorized to use, and obtain required participant permission before recording.

Your content

You retain rights in your notes. You authorize only the processing needed for features you explicitly use. Source-link tools do not grant permission to download, reproduce or republish third-party media.

AI limitations and acceptable use

AI output may be wrong or incomplete. Review it before relying on or sharing it. Do not use the service to exploit children, promote hatred or violence, commit fraud, extract secrets, bypass safeguards or violate others’ rights. AI does not execute actions or send email on your behalf.

Access and availability

Features depend on your device, language, permissions, network and provider availability. Signing in does not automatically synchronize local notes. Keep exports of important content. Riri Note Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) that adds cloud AI and transcription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you subscribe. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
